Who We Are: We are the North Iowa leadership program that provides young people with the skills and opportunities to make a difference in their homes, schools, communities, and the world.
What We Believe: Young people have the power to change the world. Change starts with ourselves, when we take personal action to benefit others, every young person can lead.
What We Do: The program is designed to get youth involved in the community, learn self-respect and to help youth be seen in a positive light. Youth will do community service, projects, and of course, have fun activities as rewards.
Goal Statement:Our goal is strong and we inspire young people to believe that change is possible and that they play an important role in achieving it. We mobilize them to be role models and leaders who measurably strengthen their communities.

1997-1998 Teen Leadership!
1998-1999 Teen Leadership Group. their second year!
1999-2000 Teen Leadership Group. 9-14 year olds. Current year group and beginning or our sponsorship of this group.
1999-2000 Awesome Youth Group. First year for the 5-8 year old kids group.
Awesome Youth Group kids having fun together after spending the morning cleaning up the local East Park grounds. The kids were treated to rewards of cookies and sodas and candy and more for their efforts at the park.
